ACTORS

Profetia has a line-up of talented actors and new blood.

Here are some key players of the ensemble:

ANETTE KARLSEN (Sofie) graduated from The Theatre School in Odense in 1971. She have done lots of films and theatre work, but "Profetia" is her return to the big screen.

PATRICIA SCHUMANN (Eva) graduated from The Danish National Theatre School in 2005. She won Reumerts Talentpris for her theatre perfomances. Acted in several films and tv-series, among others Johan Melins previous "Preludium" (2008) and Thomas Vinterbergs upcoming "Submarino" (2010).

LAI YDE (Lars) graduated from the National Theatre School in 2000 and won Reumerts Talentpris for his stage performances in "Romeo and Juliet" and "The Escape", a one-man monologue. Have done both tv series ( the satire P.I.S) and films - is a longtime collaborator with Johan Melin, both on graduation film "Steppenwolves" and "Preludium".

ANNA FABRICIUS (Ruth) graduated from The Danish National Theatre School in 2005. Has a passion for the late Stanislavskij, and also studied in St.Petersburg. Since her graduation she´s done films and theatre. Among them, "Preludium", "Istedgade" and for stage, "Kampen om Danmark", and "The basement kids", which she also co-wrote.

CHRISTOFFER SVANE (Johnny) is educated from Ophelia Theatre School in 2007. Have done short films, and is a regular on the series "2900 happiness" - and theatre, among them "The basement kids", which he also co-wrote. PROFETIA is his feature film debut.

ANDERS HOVE (Tom) graduated from The Danish National Theatre School in 1983. Has a wide range of film roles, among others Lars Von Triers "The Idiots" to Henrik Ruben Genz´ "Terribly Happy" and Dagur Kari´s "Dark Horse". Is also a man of theatre, and have played most stages in Denmark.

NICOLEI FABER (Casper) graduated from GITIS Scandinavia in 2004. Done a lot of short films and theatre, from "The Manden og Mågen" on film to "Tape" on stage.
